Some products in our store may be offered as a subscription. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can manage, change, pause, skip, or cancel subscription purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a HerBalance subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the supply option and delivery frequency selected at checkout.
Subscription renewal timing depends on the option you choose:
- 1 bottle subscription: ships every 30 days
- 2 bottle subscription: ships every 60 days
- 4 bottle subscription: ships every 120 days
Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged automatically for each subscription order unless you pause, skip, cancel, or otherwise modify your subscription before the next order is processed.
You can manage your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email, your customer account, or by contacting us at info@shopherbalance.store
You may pause, skip, update, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.
Once a subscription order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or refund that order unless it is covered by our Refund Policy or required by law.

Pre-Orders
At this time, HerBalance does not generally offer pre-orders.
If we offer a pre-order product in the future, the product page and checkout will clearly state that the item is a pre-order.
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet available for immediate fulfilment. We may collect payment at checkout or collect payment at a later date, depending on how the pre-order is offered.
You may cancel a pre-order before it has been processed or fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be cancellable.

Try Before You Buy
HerBalance does not currently offer a “try before you buy” program.
If we offer this option in the future, the product page and checkout will clearly explain how it works, including when your payment method may be authorised, when you may be charged, and how long you have to decide whether to keep the product.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, HerBalance purchases are not offered on a try-before-you-buy basis.
