Thank you for shopping with HerBalance.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, fulfil, and ship orders placed through our website.

Order Processing and Fulfilment

All HerBalance orders are fulfilled through our U.S.-based fulfilment partner.

Orders usually take 1–5 business days to be processed and fulfilled before they are shipped. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been accepted and sent to fulfilment, we may not be able to cancel the order or change the shipping address. Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us as soon as possible at info@shopherbalance.store with your order number. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfilment has started.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If your shipping address is outside the United States, you may not be able to complete checkout.

Shipping availability may depend on carrier restrictions, fulfilment limitations, product availability, and address validation.

Some locations may be unavailable if they are not supported by our fulfilment partner or shipping carriers.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed, fulfilled, and handed to the shipping carrier.

Orders usually take 1–5 business days to be processed and fulfilled before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 2–4 business days after fulfilment.

Express U.S. shipping, where available, usually takes 1–3 business days after fulfilment.

Express shipping speeds up the carrier delivery stage only. It does not skip or reduce the order processing and fulfilment time.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order, destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

Our current store shipping offer is:

Free standard shipping on all subscriptions and 2+ bottle orders.

For single-bottle one-time orders, standard shipping may be charged at checkout. Single-bottle one-time orders may incur a $4.50 standard shipping fee.

Express shipping may be available at checkout as a paid upgrade. Express shipping is not included in free shipping offers unless clearly stated during a promotion.

Final shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Subscriptions and Shipping

If you purchase a subscription, your subscription order will ship according to the supply option you selected.

For example:

  • 1 bottle subscription: ships every 30 days
  • 2 bottle subscription: ships every 60 days
  • 4 bottle subscription: ships every 120 days

Subscription shipping terms, pricing, and renewal timing are shown at checkout and in your subscription account.

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is up to date before each subscription renewal is processed.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

We currently ship within the United States only, so international customs duties, taxes, and import fees should not apply to orders placed through our website.

If we offer international shipping in the future, international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier, such as USPS or FedEx.

Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after the carrier receives or scans the package.

If your tracking has not updated after several business days, contact us at  info@shopherbalance.store and we will help check the status of your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or unable to be delivered because of an incorrect address, we may not be able to refund or replace the order.

Lost, Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is incorrect, email us at  info@shopherbalance.store as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photos of the package and product, where applicable.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items are handled according to our Refund Policy and may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, fulfilment delays, address errors, weather events, public holidays, high-volume periods, or events outside our control.

Returns

Because HerBalance sells ingestible supplement products, we do not accept product returns unless required by law or expressly approved by us.
