60-Day Promise

If your first order doesn’t feel like the right fit, you don’t pay.

Try HerBalance for 60 days. If it isn’t for you, email us and we’ll make it right — no awkward forms, no phone calls, and no returns required.

The Short Version

Your first HerBalance order is covered for 60 days from the day it is delivered.

If you try it and decide it is not right for you, email us with your order number and we’ll refund the eligible amount to your original payment method.

Single-bottle orders are eligible for a full refund.
Multi-bottle orders are covered up to the value of one bottle.

How the 60-Day Promise Works

From the day your first eligible order is delivered, you have 60 days to decide whether HerBalance has earned its place in your routine.

The 60-Day Promise applies only to your first order.

If your first order contains:

  • 1 bottle → eligible for a full refund
  • 2 or 4 bottles → eligible for a refund capped at the value of one bottle

This applies whether your first order was purchased as a one-time order or as your first subscription order.

What You Need to Send Back

Nothing.

We do not ask you to mail back a half-used bottle or stand in line at the post office. Just email us with your order number and we’ll take care of it.

Because we sell ingestible supplement products, we do not accept physical product returns.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@shopherbalance.store with the subject line “60-day promise” and include your order number in the body.

You do not need to write a long explanation. A short sentence is fine.

We’ll reply within two business days to confirm we’ve received your request. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within five to seven business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription plan, the 60-Day Promise covers your first subscription order only.

If your first subscription order contains:

  • 1 bottle → eligible for a full refund
  • 2 or 4 bottles → eligible for a refund capped at the value of one bottle

After that, you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next order is processed from your account page or by emailing us.

Subscription renewal orders are not covered by the 60-Day Promise unless something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Multiple Bottles

If your first order included multiple bottles, our guarantee covers the first bottle you are trying.

This means:

  • 2-bottle and 4-bottle orders are eligible for a refund up to the value of one bottle only.
  • The remaining bottles are not eligible for additional refund coverage.

No returns are required.

What Is Not Covered

The 60-Day Promise does not apply to:

  • repeat orders after your first eligible order
  • subscription renewals after your first eligible order
  • requests made after the 60-day window
  • orders placed by customers who have already used the 60-Day Promise
  • accidental orders or duplicate orders that have already been processed
  • failure to cancel, pause, or skip a subscription before the next order is processed
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered at checkout
  • personal preference reasons including taste, smell, texture, capsule size, or general change of mind
  • financial difficulty after purchase

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items are always handled separately. If something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos of what arrived.
